COOKIE POLICY
Last updated: October 11, 2026
This policy explains how JUNO SPACE, S.L. uses cookies and similar
technologies on juno.do and in Juno. Read it
with our privacy notice.
Cookies and device storage
Cookies, local storage, session storage, and local databases can remember
information on your device. Juno uses local storage for sign-in state and
preferences, and a local database for offline task access. These technologies
do not all serve the same purpose.
How we use these technologies
-
Account and app functionality: authentication, preferences,
and locally saved task data support sign-in, planning, and offline use.
-
Product analytics: we use PostHog to understand how people
use Juno and improve the experience. This includes website visits, feature
interactions, and browser or device information. App analytics are linked
to your account identifier, email, and name. We exclude marked areas of
the interface, including task titles and calendar details, from automatic
interaction capture. We also filter credentials such as authentication
tokens from error reports before sending them to PostHog.
-
Referral attribution: we store referral and campaign
information in session or local storage. Browser and device attributes, such
as language, time zone, and screen size, help associate a visit with a later
app installation or sign-in.
-
Subscriptions and payments: Paddle manages subscriptions,
checkout, and payment recovery. Its services may use cookies or browser
storage and process your email address and billing and subscription details
to support these functions and subscription analytics. Paddle may send
transactional emails about billing or failed payments, including requests
to update your payment details.
-
Support: Chatwoot provides in-app support. Its embedded
service may use cookies or browser storage when loaded.
-
Diagnostics: Sentry collects app error and performance
information. Diagnostic reports may be associated with your account.
Google sign-in and externally hosted resources also involve requests to their
providers. The website includes a Google Tag Manager fallback for browsers
without JavaScript; any tags delivered through that container depend on its
configuration.
Your controls
You can use your browser settings to block or remove cookies and site storage.
Blocking storage needed for sign-in can prevent the app from working. Clearing
Juno's local database can remove offline changes that have not synced, so
allow your changes to sync before clearing site data. Mobile notification
permissions are managed separately in your device settings.
For questions about analytics or to exercise your data rights, contact
[email protected]. See our
privacy notice for details.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our use of these technologies changes. The date
above identifies the latest revision.
