Practical guides for the daily Juno workflows: capture work, connect calendars and inboxes, plan a realistic day, focus, and close the loop.

Integrations

Integrations overview

Connect Gmail, Outlook, GitHub, Linear, Asana, Jira, and Todoist to browse outside work and decide what belongs in Juno.

Available integrations

Gmail, Outlook (mail), GitHub, Linear, Asana, Jira, and Todoist are available from Settings -> Integrations.

Calendar accounts (Google, Outlook) are managed separately under Settings -> Calendars. See Calendar settings for visibility and write-access options.

How integrations work

Once connected, each integration appears as a panel in the integrations column, the right-hand sidebar visible beside your board and calendar.

You browse the integration's items directly inside Juno: emails, issues, tasks, or whatever the service exposes. When you decide something belongs in today's plan, drag it into the day planner column to create a Juno task. That's the only action needed to schedule it.

Nothing is added to your plan automatically. You stay in control of what enters your day.

What you can do from Juno

Capabilities vary by integration, but the common pattern is:

  • Browse the source without opening another tab.
  • Convert an email, issue, PR, or external task into a Juno task.
  • Use provider actions such as archive, mark read, complete, change status, assign to yourself, add labels, or comment when the provider supports it.
  • Create new work in supported tools, such as Gmail or Outlook drafts and Linear or Jira issues.
  • Configure automations when the integration automations setting is available for your account.

Connect an integration

  1. Open Settings -> Integrations.
  2. Find the integration in the list.
  3. Click Connect.
  4. Authorize Juno on the provider's screen.
  5. Configure scope (which projects, which labels, etc.) when prompted.

Disconnect

Click Disconnect next to the integration. Items you previously dragged into your planner are not affected.

Tips

  • Use provider-side filters (Gmail labels, Linear views, Jira boards) to keep the integration panel focused.
  • You don't have to act on everything you see. The integration panel is for reference as much as for scheduling.
  • Start with the source that creates the most daily noise. For most users that is email, Linear, GitHub, Jira, Asana, or Todoist.
