Support & Troubleshooting

Mobile and offline

Use Juno on iOS, Android, desktop, and when you lose your connection.

Where Juno runs

  • Web - every modern browser.
  • iOS app - install from the App Store (when available in your region).
  • Android app - install from Google Play (when available in your region).
  • Desktop app - when available for your account, use it for menu-bar status, global quick add, and the floating focus bar.

Use the mobile apps to create and edit tasks, plan your day, and review your progress.

Sign in across devices

Sign in with the same email on every device. Your tasks, plan, and settings sync automatically.

Offline behavior

Juno is offline-first. When your connection drops:

  • You can keep reading, creating, editing, completing, and reordering tasks.
  • Changes are queued locally and synced as soon as the connection returns.
  • You can plan with saved tasks in the morning ritual offline. Task changes sync when you reconnect; refreshing connected sources needs a connection.
  • Calendar events appear from the last successful sync; new events arrive on reconnect.

You don't have to do anything special to "go offline." Juno handles it transparently.

What needs a connection

Conflict handling

If you edit the same task on two devices before they sync, the version already on the server can replace an offline edit. After reconnecting, check any task you changed on both devices. Let one device finish syncing before editing the same task on another.
