Repeating tasks

Set up tasks that recur on a schedule and manage them as a series.

Make a task repeat

  1. Open the task you want to repeat.
  2. Click Repeat in the task actions.
  3. Pick a frequency: daily, weekly, monthly, a custom schedule.
  4. Optionally set an end date or number of occurrences.

Once saved, Juno generates upcoming instances on demand.

Manage all repeating tasks

Open Settings -> Repeating Tasks to see every series at once. From here you can:

  • Edit the series — changes apply to future instances.
  • Edit a single instance — override only one occurrence.
  • Pause — keep the template, stop generating new instances.
  • Delete — remove the series. Past completed instances are kept in history.

When to use

  • Recurring meetings prep.
  • Weekly review rituals.
  • Monthly admin (invoice, status report).
  • Daily habits you actually want to track in Juno.

Common mistakes

  • If a recurring task keeps getting postponed, review its frequency, timing, or scope.
  • Use repeating tasks for routines you want in your daily plan. A separate reminder may suit something that does not need planning time.
